Robert Townley photographed WWV 19 on a northbound train curving past the Utah-Idaho Sugar Co. sugar beet dump at Zigman Siding, between Milton-Freewater and the Walla Walla River crossing, in September 1949, the last year for electric operations on the Walla Walla Valley.
